How to make Protein Pudding
Recipe for a delicious way to bulid muscle by using a protein supplement. FAT FREE, LOW CARB, 10 GRAMS OF Whey PROTEIN A SERVING! This is a healthy snack alternative to your usual desert. This is perfect for a budybuilding diet, it contains very little simple carbohydrates and has both whey(fast digesting) and milk (slow digesting) proteins.

Instant Sugar Free Pudding
Whey Protein
Skim Milk

Pour 1 packet of instant pudding mix, 1 scoop of whey protein powder, and 2.5 cups of milk in a medium or large bowl. Beat w/ a wire whisk.

Pour into 4 small storage containers or one large bowl depending on your needs.

Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes. Keep protein pudding in the refigerator until you are ready to enjoy.

Take containers to work or save for later. The protein pudding should stay good in the fridge for a week. You can freeze for a frozen snack or to prolong its shelf life.
